Important Notice to our Customers

We are currently experiencing technical problems with online order fulfilment. We are working around the clock to fix these issues but in the meantime, delivery of orders placed on this website may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.

To avoid this delay, please place your order by phone 1800 181 040 or by fax 03 8545 7197 to our Customer Service Team, and your order will be delivered in the usual timeframe. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team on 1800 181 040.

The Heat Shop offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $40.00 and over.

For shipments totalling less than $40.00 there is a standard delivery charge of $7.50.

Processing & Delivery times:

We do our very best to ship out your orders as soon as possible, but depending on demand we ask that you please allow two full business days for us to process and dispatch your order. 

Delivery times will vary greatly depending on the destination’s centrality to a major city/airport.

Please note that express-shipped items must be signed for upon delivery so it is recommended that you list an alternative address (e.g. your workplace) if you are likely to be away on the date of delivery. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for express-posted items for this reason.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and Victorian public holidays.

International shipping

We are currently unable to ship outside of Australia however this is something we plan on making available to you in the near future.


If you have placed an order whilst being logged in as a registered user of the site you can view the status of all orders in the My Account section found here. You will also receive email notifications when your order has been received and when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • For orders sent via express post you are able to track your parcel’s transit progress
  • Unfortunately tracking is not available for parcels sent via regular mail, however My Account will display when your parcel was dispatched from our warehouse.

If you have placed your order as a guest you should receive email updates notifying you of when the order has been received, and again when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
