Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any of the below reasons, we are happy to supply you with a replacement of the identical item/s you were supposed to receive or a refund of the cost of the item/s:

  • We sent you the wrong product by mistake
  • the product was faulty
  • Your order was missing items - you can get a refund on the items you were supposed to receive, or we can send out the goods at no charge
  • If your package and/or goods were damaged upon arrival - we will offer you a refund or replacement on the damaged items
  • You have experienced an adverse reaction to a product, unless it has been marked as "for sensitive skin", "for sensitive eyes" or something similar in the product’s online description

To organise the refund and/or replacement please call customer service on 1 800 181 040 and be ready to quote your order number.

Please note- the following circumstances do not qualify you for a refund:

  • You do not like the shade/you do not think it suits you
  • You’ve changed your mind about the product

Also please note:

  • We do not accept product returns under any circumstances
  • In some cases we may require you to email in a photo of the goods in order to qualify for the refund and/or replacement. Customer service will advise.
  • We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges
  • This policy may change at any time, as per our terms and conditions

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel or change your order please call our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order on 1800 181 040, quoting your order number.

There is no guarantee that the order has not been picked and shipped already, however we will do our best.
